Over 25 years of experience in the fields of private equity, real estate and in the banking and financial sector. He began his career in business consulting with KPMG and PwC. From 1998 to 2003 he was Associate Director in the global team of Société Générale de Surveillance Holding SA, where he successfully participated in private equity transactions with a value of over 800 million USD in the health care sector. From 2003 to 2009 he was chief investment officer at a Swiss-based family office. He is a founding partner of Threestones Capital.

20 years of experience in construction, real estate and in the banking and financial sector. From 2000 to 2006 he worked as project manager in the construction industry in Italy and Germany, overseeing high profile development projects including infrastructure and social housing. From 2006 to 2009 he was entrusted with the management of several European real estate funds at a Swiss-based family office, where he was, amongst other things, in charge of a nursing homes portfolio in Germany, various urban renewal projects in Italy and other major projects in Southern and Eastern Europe. He is a founding partner of Threestones Capital.

Over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industry, in the financial sector and private equity. From 2000 to 2004 he worked in the construction industry in Italy, where he was responsible of important projects of infrastructure development. From 2004 to 2009 he was manager of Berlin-based Viam GmbH, a company that manages “niche” real estate portfolios in the residential and nursing homes sector in Germany. He is a founding partner of Threestones Capital.

More than 12 years of experience in the banking sector and in the management of UCITS funds in Luxembourg. Samir started his career at BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2007 as a transfer agent. From 2014, he was a team head of Dealing until June 2016, when he participated in the launch of a new Data Management and Registration team within the Transfer Agency department, where he was then taking the position of team leader. In October 2016 Samir was appointed Head of Transfer Agency Operations where he was responsible for all operational activities of the department such as Dealing, Cash Management, Transfers and fund events among others. He joined the Threestones team in December 2019.

Beka holds an MBA and MSF from Boston College Graduate School of Management and has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Instruments, Valuations, M&A and Real Estate advisory. He started his career in finance and banking as a corporate banker at a commercial bank in Georgia. He then went on to pursue a career in private equity, which led him to develop expertise in the areas of Private Aviation, Financial Services and Real Estate. He joined the Threestones team in 2019.

Over 13 years of experience within the private equity industry. Prior to joigning Threestones Capital in 2021, Mathieu Perfetti was Conducting officer & Head of Private Markets & Alternatives at CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) in Luxembourg. From 2012 to 2018, Mathieu was heading Indosuez Wealth Management’s Private Equity platform in Asia from Singapore. Previously, he was Investment Manager at Indosuez based in Switzerland. Mathieu started his career in France as Investment Analyst with the fund of fund team of Ardian (fka AXA Private Equity) and then with the VC fund manager Alto Invest. Mathieu holds a post-graduate Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from EMLYON Business School and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Paris Nanterre University.

Raoul has 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

Raoul holds a Master's degree from ISAE in Toulouse, a French leading Grande Ecole, with a specialization in finance acquired at the KTH School of Physics in Stockholm

Since 2012, he holds various mandates as Fund Independent Director, Conducting Officer and Risk Manager. He has a deep knowledge of the fund industry, UCITS and AIFMD regulation and its application to various types of asset management players.

He is a native French, English and Swedish speaker, has a limited working proficiency in Spanish and German and is currently learning Russian.

Graduated of Nancy University - Master in International Business. She lived in London for one year in 2013. After her return and during 6 years (from 01/2014 to 12/2019) she worked at BNP Paribas Securities Services as Senior AML/KYC analyst within the Transfer Agency department. She was first dedicated to the AML & KYC process in UCITS funds and then she specialised in Private Equity and AI funds where she had solid expertise. She gained a depth knowledge in the Fund Industry in Luxembourg. She joined Threestones Capital Mid-December 2019 as ``Manager AML & KYC``. She is a bookworm.

Morgane holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Management Assistant from the Haute école Hénallux. She pursued her interest in finance by obtaining a diploma from the ``Fund Services Programme``, a project supported by BNP Paribas, training young graduates in the various professions offered by the funds industry. She joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2009 in the Transfer Agency and evaluated in the Dealing Team until 2016. She joined a position of TA Business Analyst for 2 years, before taking the position of Manager in Operation and Registration team. She joined the Threestones team in June 2020.

With 10 years of experience in banking industry, Keo San started his career at the Transfer Agency department of BNP Paribas Securities Services which he joined in 2012. He acquired a great knowledge of the UCITS funds environment and related processes. After 4 years dealing with funds Transactions, he was then in charge of an operational team, before taking its lead. In 2020 he evolved in the Private Capital department of BNP, where he was able to contribute to the TA Team. Keo San holds a bachelor's degree in Banking and a Master's degree in Digital Communication. He joined the Threestones Capital team in September 2022.

Sabrina holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from Università degli Studi di Torino. She had her first experience in an automotive multinational company in Italy as Junior Accountant. From 2017 to 2018 she has been employed as Accountant and HR Assistant in a Strategy Management Consulting Company. Sabrina joined the Threestones Capital team in early 2019.

After graduating from Louvain School of Management with a Master degree in Management, Audit & Control, she decided to spend 7 months abroad in Africa, Asia and Australia. Back in Europe, she started her career in the fund industry as a Consultant AML/KYC Analyst at RBC, Esch-sur-Alzette in the Register Department - UCITS environment. She was in charge of a portfolio of several clients which gave her a depth knowledge of investors due diligence and AML regulations. Afterwards, she became AML/KYC Controller at Caceis in the PERES Department allowing her to improve her knowledge in Private Equity and Real Estate funds. She joined Threestones Capital Management in December 2021 as TA AML/KYC Manager.

Currently Chaïma is still studying to hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, specialized in banking and finance. She obtained a management and accounting assistant diploma after the end of high school in Belgium.
As a first work experience, she joined Threestones in October 2019 as Administrative Assistant to manage administrative and financial tasks, after one year she decided to extend and develop her transversal knowledges by joining the Transfer Agency Team as a Junior AML/KYC Officer.

Nassima has just obtained her bachelor’s degree specialized in finance at the ICN Business School in Nancy. She wishes to continue her studies in order to obtain a master’s degree specialized in Risk and Compliance. She joined Threestones Capital in January 2022 as an intern and following her first experience in AML KYC, she joined the company as an employee. She wanted to join the financial sector after a first experience in a recruitment firm and now wishes to perform in this field.

With over 15 years of experience in the investment fund industry, Loic started his career at State Street Luxembourg.
In 2006 he joined the Bnp Paribas Securities Service Transfer Agency, for 12 years he obtained a transversal view of the investment funds process (including the launch of a Cash & Reversal team, as well as more than a year as TA Business Analyst).
Since 2019, Loic has held the position of Business Process Analyst consultant (for Ucits and Real Estate Funds) and responsible of operations and financial activities in a management company (Real Estate Funds).
He joined the Threestones team in May 2021.

10 years of experience in the financial sector. He started his career at EY as external auditor after having completed a BA (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Anglia Ruskin University (UK).
After 3 years working in the audit world, he moved on to work for some medium to big size Fund Administrators. He is very familiar with the Alternative Investment Funds structures such as private equity, real estate, Fund of funds and private debt.
Prior to joining Threestones Capital in April 2022, Kaveesh held the position of Client Services Manager (AVP) at Apex Fund Services Luxembourg. He speaks fluently English and French.

Valérie joined the Threestones team in October 2021, having previously spent two years at Alpha Patrimoine S.A. in several roles covering compliance officer, middle-office and business development assistant.

After having gained her first experience in the investment fund industry as transfer agent and corporate actions officer in Luxembourg from 1996 to 2005, she moved to Edmond de Rothschild (Luxembourg) where she held a position of commercial, middle-office assistant and EAM client services officer for over ten years.

Prior to Alpha Patrimoine, Valérie also worked in a small family office specialized in real estate.

Valérie holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration.

Over 10 years of experience in banking, corporate finance advisory and investment management. Buyanzaya started her career in a commercial bank in Mongolia as a credit analyst, credit policy specialist and a product manager. Prior to joining Threestones Capital, Buyanzaya worked at corporate finance advisory of Deloitte Luxembourg where she gained experience in financial due diligence and valuation of private equity, real estate and debt instruments. Buyanzaya is a CFA charterholder and a graduate from Luxembourg School of Finance, in Master of Science in Banking and Finance. She joined the Threestones team in 2018.

Over 7 years of experience in the financial sector. After a traineeship at the European Investment Fund (EIF), he began his career in asset management audit at KPMG Luxembourg. Michael holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and the College of Europe in Bruges. He is also a graduate of Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s degree in Economic Law. He joined the Threestones team in 2018.

Jakob holds a degree in Msc. From the University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. He has over 10 years’ experience from the real estate and fund business. Prior to joining Threestones he worked three years in Berlin in property management and due-diligence for acquisitions (for EUCAL and Grand City Properties) and four years in Luxembourg (for Corestate Capital Fund Management) whereof the last two years was for a large institutional client.

Jakob is fluent in Swedish, English and German.

Pauline holds a Master Degree in European Union Law from « Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve ». She has over 9 years of professional experience in the financial sector in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining Threestones Capital in May 2022, she has worked for Wendel Luxembourg as Legal Officer and has gained a deep knowledge in the Fund Industry and more specifically in Alternative Investment Funds.
Pauline is fluent in French, English and Luxembourgish.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, especially in UCITS funds, Fernanda worked for JP Morgan Luxembourg and BNP Paribas Securities Services in different management roles within operations and change management functions. To complement her fund industry knowledge, Fernanda also worked for MFEX (Mutual Fund Exchange) Luxembourg where she oversaw different tasks, including due diligence processes on third parties, project implementation, client relationships, data protection and safeguarding of assets, and adapted to a smaller, dynamic work environment. Fernanda joined the Threestones team in February 2023 and is in charge of project development & investor relations.
