The company is established in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”), Dubai, UAE, and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”) . Threestones MEA aims at expanding Threestones Capital footprint in the Middle East and Asia by providing financial advisory, promotion, marketing and distribution services.

Threestones MEA acts as the preferential channel and bridge between Europe and GCC, primarily by promoting and marketing Threestones active funds, but also by acquiring distribution mandates with selected external managers looking to raise new equity in GCC.

Threestones MEA has the expertise and network to advise on the sourcing, structuring and executing transactions and club deals combining capital from the GCC and the West whether through direct investments and / or via dedicated investment vehicles.

Over 20 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking and Private Equity. Ricciardo worked for Morgan Stanley in London as a Vice President supporting the bank and its clients in investment decisions on European Financials and then moved to some of the largest global Hedge Funds, running portfolios in excess of USD200m. Prior to joining Threestones, Ricciardo was responsible for the Private Equity investments of a single family office headquartered in Dubai focused on Healthcare, where he advised on and executed transactions for over USD 400m. Ricciardo holds a BA in Literature and Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from LUISS University of Rome.
