Launched in 2016, TSC Fund - Eurocare Real Estate Fund (“Eurocare III”) is the third healthcare-focused fund managed by Threestones Capital Management.

The fund’s investment strategy targets the structural undersupply of care infrastructure driven by Europe’s ageing population, while capitalizing on a highly fragmented long-term care market that is undergoing consolidation and institutionalisation, creating attractive opportunities for both real estate investors and operating partners.

Eurocare reached its final close in 2020 and successfully completed its investment phase in 2022. The fund’s portfolio comprises 56 care homes and assisted living assets across Germany, Italy, and Spain, leased to high-quality tenants under long-term, inflation-linked contracts.
