On April 27th Threestones Capital closed deals on two nursing homes in Italy. The properties are based in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
With these properties Threestones Capital adds a further 309 beds to the growing portfolio in TSC Fund Eurocare IV, which now contains 12 properties.
