16 May THREESTONES CAPITAL ACQUIRES FIVE PROPERTIES PORTFOLIO IN SPAIN FOR TSC FUND – EUROCARE IV
Luxembourg, 12th January 2024 – Threestones Capital Management is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of five nursing home real estate properties located in Galicia (Cangas, Lalín and Noia), Aragon (Zaragoza) and Castile and Leon (Palencia) regions of Spain, for its TSC Fund - Eurocare IV investment vehicle.
The acquisition was a sale and lease back from DomusVi Group, the leading nursing home operator in Spain and in Europe. This recent addition strengthens Threestones’ portfolio in Spain, which now consists of 19 properties providing over 2,000 beds for elderly care.
