The property, El Congost, is located in El Figaró-Montmany, one of the most peaceful and well-located areas in the region of Barcelona and is operated by the Gran Vida Group. This acquisition adds 68 beds to the existing portfolio of its flagship fund TSC Eurocare Real Estate.
