Threestones Capital acquires a nursing home in Italy.

Leopardi is a nursing home facility for disabled adults, self-sufficient and not self-sufficient patients located in Villastanza di Parabiago. It is a newly built facility opened in 2016.

The nursing home is operated by La Villa Group. This acquisition adds 120 beds to the existing portfolio of its flagship fund TSC Eurocare Real Estate.
