Threestones Capital acquires a nursing home in Germany.
The nursing home Thermalbad Wiesenbad lies about 25 km south of Chemnitz, along the Czech border.
The property is operated by Volkssolidarität.
This acquisition adds 120 beds to the existing portfolio of its flagship fund TSC Eurocare Real Estate.
