Threestones Capital acquires 3 nursing home facilities in Germany. The properties will be acquired for Threestones Capital Luxembourg based flagship vehicle, TSC FUND- SICAV-SIF. This transaction adds 524 beds to Threestones capital care home portfolios. The properties are located in Berlin, Lütjenburg ( Schleswig-Holstein ) and Magdeburg ( Sachsen-Anhalt ) and are operated by Vitanas Group under long term lease agreements. The Properties have been acquired from Upwind Holding GmbH and its subsidiary German Healthcare Real Estate IV Zeta S.à r.l. Luxemburg.
