Threestones Capital acquires 6 nursing homes facilities for its TSC FUND - EUROCARE IV investment vehicle. The properties are located in Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria, and add 600 beds to the Fund portfolio. The properties are rented out with long term rental agreements.
