Threestones Capital acquires an additional clinic/nursing home facility located in Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel in the district of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt, Thuringia, Germany, for its TSC Fund - Eurocare IV investment vehicle.

The building named “Klinik an der Weißenburg” has 11,263 sqm of leasable area with a total of 210 beds split into 80 rehab units (orthopaedics and oncology), 80 rheumatism units and 50 beds for in-patient nursing care. The property is operated by Sonic Healthcare, an internationally renowned healthcare provider with a demonstrated track record of medical excellence in Germany and across the world.

“This mixed-use healthcare facility makes a great addition to our Eurocare IV portfolio. The facility's strategic combination of in-patient nursing care, rehabilitation units, and rheumatic therapy services perfectly aligns with the high demand we anticipate in the local area”, says Beka Pipia, Portfolio Manager at Threestones Capital.

The property is located close to the river Saale in a calm and idyllic area. Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel provides a good bus and train connection, which makes it quick and easy to reach the surrounding towns and cities.
