March 28th, 2022 - Threestones Capital completed the acquisition of the property Palacio de Leceñes in Valdesoto, marking its 10th property in Spain. The asset, a partially protected monument from the XIX century, offers 106 beds and is operated by Mimara Group. With the acquisition of Leceñes, Threestones Capital now manages a total of 1.165 beds across the Spanish peninsula, spread over more than 41.000 sqm and 4 regions.
